The state legislature has decided that the tomato is botanically a fruit and used as a vegetable.Iowa - American Gothic is a painting of an Iowa farmer and his daughter. Kansas - The Wizard of Oz starts with a tornado in Kansas. Louisiana - New Orleans' famous festival is the Mardi Gras. Minnesota - Bob Dylan was born in Minnesota and went to university there.
