Pour all ingredients except Creme de Cassis into shaker. Fill a Collins
glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and
pour drink into Collins glass. Drop the Creme de Cassis in the middle

Stir tequila, sugar syrup, and bitters with ice in an old fashioned glass.
Add soda, twist of lemon, and pineapple spear.

Pineapple 1 1/2 fl Tequila
Mix sugar, bitters, and 1 tsp. water in an old-fashioned glass. Add tequila,
